Note and reflections:
I decide to run in HCFH even though it is couldy and a bit chilly but not raining. There are a few people running or playing bastket ball there. These good two sets of 20 lap running cheer me up a lot. I am a little down today, possibly due to the weather and work. A part of my project will take longer than I thought because of a computational requirement. That is ok. After the run I do some stretches and lift weights. I am going back home to clean and tidy up my place. :)

I am still thinking of running through the rain (maybe tomorrow, huh?)

A rest day does help me to recover again. At gym, I find out that Soo-ji, my neighbor, is in trainning for a half marathon in October. It is nice to hear this. We plan to do a weekend long run together.
I have not run outside for two days because of the weather. Rain has been forecasted for most of this week and the next. :( I might try to run in the rain, though mercury level is plummeting as well.

A day has been grommy because of rains. Rains are forecasted for the whole weekend. It will not be that fun. Today is a bit too weird. I got into the gym and felt itchy on my eyes and could not see that well. It may be an allergy. Hmmmmmmm.... Anyway, I also felt tired quicker than usual, probably due to lots of work.

Right after dinner I come to do some work before heading home for sleep. I hope that I can wake up early tomorrow to do a morning exercise. I have not picked a training program to follow yet. :(

Week 2 Highlights

Highlights/accomplishments for the week:
The weekend activities are the highlights of this week. The enjoyments are my rewards to my last week accomplishments. This week seems to be a light week due to sickness. I manage to get over this every quickly. I believe that it is an allergy rather than a cold. However, a possibility of a cold cannot be ruled out.

Actions for next week:
I feel that I should manage my schedule better than this. I should decide what schedule should be followed. Another thing is hydration watch. Sickness may be a cause of this incosistency for dehydration watch.

Note and reflections:
A warmer day than yesterday can sum up for a perfect weather today. Though I have to cook and do house cleaning, I sneak out to take the kids to library and let them play at Children's Garden. Lovely walk with the kids. Eric and Kimmy enjoy rolling down hill, the monkey bar and the earths (metal earth, water earth, culture earth, etc..) in the garden a lot. I sit and watch them play happily as kids can do. Along a dirt path to spiral playground, there are plaques with names of cities located on the same latitude and longitude as Chicago.

After come back, I cannot resist to stay in and do cooking. I go out for a short run, which is very nice. Nice nice run! Well, somehow, it makes me think that all that time outside, I do not sneeze or cough at all, but just I get into the room, they are coming. Maybe I am allergic to indoor? or my room is too dirty? I believe it is the former.
