Week 4 - Highlights

Highlights/accomplishments for the week:
I started recording morning resting heart rate. It will be very good to keep doing this and not forget. I often forget to do when I wake up.

Actions for next week:

  • Need to keep a record of my heart rate
  • Hydration watch needs to be effective
  • Morning run is desirable!!!
  • Start the first week of a Marathon Program for a novice; this has been pushed off.

Today I start the day at noon and come to work around 3p. It is a rest day for me after a good exercise day yesterday. After work, I go to buy some pots for my plants. I move these small chili trees to two big pots. They seem happy with their new places. I am happy too, but the work does not come along well.
