May Runs

Activities/Actions:

Runs and Bike... Because there are more sunny days per week. :)
(Commuting by bike for 5 miles a day)

Note and reflections:

I have been keeping up with my routine--running and lifting--almost everyday. Cindy and Anita joined me once in awhile. They have been doing dancing. I have been in a Stretching class with Nick at Gym--every Wednesday. The stretching class really helped me to release my tensed muscle. Even though I do not understand most of what Nick said (the class is conducted in Chinese), I can follow him easily. Most of the students are old ladies (the total number of students is ~15). :)

Long Bike Rides
Besides biking to public library and not too far places around the city, I often do weekend long biking. Recent ones are trips to (1) Pali, (2) Xindian, and (3) Muzha and back to Wanhua. These bike trails are pretty good. However, there are some sections of the trail under construction or not-yet-constructed.
