Week 4 - Highlights

Highlights/accomplishments for the week:
I started recording morning resting heart rate. It will be very good to keep doing this and not forget. I often forget to do when I wake up.

Actions for next week:

  • Need to keep a record of my heart rate
  • Hydration watch needs to be effective
  • Morning run is desirable!!!
  • Start the first week of a Marathon Program for a novice; this has been pushed off.
