Activities/Actions:
Ran 5 miles on the lakefront Path in the morning

Stat:

Course condition: Great to run in the morning weather; though it is a bit hot already at 9

Note and reflections:
The group of friends' visit indirectly push me to run in the morning since we usually have evening plan together (eating).
