Note and reflections:
T-H and P-L came running with us in a shorter path loop. It was a nice to get starting running for them. I hope that they will continue running. At least T-H seems to set a goal to run regularly with us. Today was a nice and easy run through the Park. Bob-o-link meadow offers a nice 1/2 mile path and tricks one to think as if one is running in countryside.
